This Pricing Policy is applicable to You. This Pricing Policy is devised to guide you through the Pricing and Subscriptions provided by Spell Wizards Ltd.
Definitions
"You" means you, the user of the Spell Wizards Ltd Site and "Your" shall be
interpreted accordingly. "We/Us" means Spell Wizards Ltd and "Our" shall be interpreted accordingly.
"Spell Wizards Ltd" shall have the meaning as set out above. "User Information"
means the personal details, which may be provided by You to Us via the
Spell Wizards Ltd. "Users" means the users of Spell Wizards Ltd
collectively and/or individually as the context admits.
"Pricing/Price" shall mean the amount in UK GBP (£) which will be charged to Your debit or credit card on a monthly or annual basis recurring unless You cancel Your Subscription.
"Subscription" shall mean a plan to access and use the Spell Wizards Ltd Site, which You will subscribe to for a monthly or annual duration until You cancel Your Subcription.
"Order" shall mean the purchase of a Subscription from Us.
"Site" means the Spell Wizards Ltd website on the World Wide Web(www).
Price
The Price of Our Subscriptions are as quoted on our Site.
Prices are liable to change at any time and We will keep you informed of changes in our Prices, via Our Site and if appropriate via e-mail.
We will notify You via e-mail at least 30 days in advance of any changes to Our Prices.
Vouchers
We may provide You with a voucher and/or a promotional code to allow You to receive a discount against a monthly or annual Subscription. Vouchers or promotional codes are for Your use only. Vouchers or promotional codes may be usage or time limited, therefore we reserve the right to cancel any expired vouchers or promotional codes.
Payment
Payment for Subscriptions will be taken monthly or annually in advance from Your registered debit or credit card. As Our payment method is credit or debit card only, the renewal payment will be taken automatically monthly or annually dependent on your Subscription type.
Recurring payments for Subscriptions will be taken on the anniversary of your sign up date, monthly or annually dependent on Your Subscription type.
Subscription
We shall supply Your Subscription to You until Your Subscription expires or You cancel Your Subscription.
Your Subscription will renew automatically unless You notify Us that you wish to cancel. You must provide Us written notice to cancel via e-mail at least 30 days before you wish to end your current Subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the provision of Your Subscription, if payments are not able to be collected automatically from Your registered debit or credit card.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis by Us, based on the status of Your Subscription.
Refunds will be paid back to the debit or credit card You used when You first signed up to the Spell Wizards Ltd Site.
Refunds may take between 7-10 working days to be credited back to Your debit or credit card. This is based on the payment processing time of Your bank or payment card provider.
Stripe is Our payment processor. We use Stripe to securely process Your card payments. For more information about Stripe please refer to https://stripe.com/gb.
We do not store any credit or debit card details on Our systems.
